Using the power of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), you can lessen the intense feelings you have about your estrangement from family.

- You enjoy the freedom and safety of being in your own private setting
- No one sees which office you are going to, ensuring your personal privacy
- ‘Office hours’ are very flexible with your needs
- There’s no drive time required, making it easier to fit into your busy schedule
- You have my undivided attention during each session
The number of sessions needed to resolve the issues at hand varies from person to person. However, most people experience greater transformations and deeper healing when they invest in multiple EFT sessions.
Our inner wisdom brings to the surface whatever we need to heal. Many of our hurts come from thoughts or events that we may not realize are related to the issue at hand. Building in time to explore these tangents is important.
